Fourteen-year-old me fell in love with Judith when I saw The Seekers on the Ed Sullivan Show in 1967. That woman had an amazing voice. Thanks for the clips. Definitely a trip down Nostalgia Lane. They had the misadvantage for Americans of being mixed up with The Searchers in the bouncy folk-rock British Invasion crowd. You’d think Judith Dunham’s voice would be the tell. “Georgy Girl” was their biggest hit, and that didn’t really sound like them so it was also their last. I loved folk-rock but it had the lifetime of a mayfly. ---
