Dr. Dalila is considered a “prisoner of conscience” by Amnesty International and Ayman Abd El Aziz Nour’s charges are forging documents, so can we get a ruling on that? The other two are under charges for money laundering and war crimes respectively, so I don’t think they qualify. Going by Wikipedia’s definition and examples, any jailed terrorist (such as Omar Abdel-Rahman aka the Blind Sheik) would most likely be considered a political prisoner as well. ---
