Who knows how this will end up but [Rush Limbaugh](http://mediadecoder.blogs.nytimes.com/2009/12/30/report-says-limbaugh-is-taken-to-hospital/?hp) has been rushed to a hospital in Hawaii with chest pains. His condition is listed as serious. This could be more meaningful for those last minute 2010 lists I suppose. ---

And barring any late-breaking news, there were no deaths in December, so the last published positions (Dec 1) will become final. And I still have to work out the other award winners. ---
