Paul Harvey is a Messiah?
I must be missing something. He died over a year ago.
Ingrid Pitt, 73, heart disease- best known as the titular (heh heh) “Countess Dracula” and ‘Carmilla Karnstein’ in “The Vampire Lovers”~ a goddess to us Hammer Studios fans!
I’ve told this many times here & I will tell it again~
1972~ I was 10, my brother was 8, and my very unsuspecting parents took us to see THE VAMPIRE LOVERS at the Drive-In. Hail to you, Ingrid ‘Carmilla’ Pitt- yours was the first cinematic boobies I ever saw! You certainly gave me something to tell my schoolmates the next Monday!
No, I made a mistake online looking for corpses and found one. Oddly enough, it was linked with yet another Nazi scumbag dying. I have no idea way. Anyway, having forgotten Harvey’s death day, it seemed like a fine time to mention it once again.
For some, one death is never enough.
Nazi scumbag? It was Paul Harvey, not Paul Hitler.
Danny McDevitt, who was unaware he would soon have a place in baseball history when he won a 2-0 decision against the Pittsburgh Pirates on the last day of the 1957 season, has died at the age of 78. McDevitt’s shutout turned out to be the Dodgers’ last game ever at Ebbets Field, as team owner Walter O’Malley announced two weeks later that he was moving the team from Brooklyn to Los Angeles.
According to Twitter Breaking News, Leslie Nielsen has passed.
According to this story, a family member has confirmed his death at age 84.
There was a link in the Twitter feed, but I couldn’t get it to come up to attach here. Thanks, Boyo Jim.
A sad way to start my day, surely.
Surely you can’t be serious?
I am serious, and don’t call me Shirley.
Disappointingly, Shirley Ujest did not have him. A unique pick for Dungbeetle.
Wow, that one hurts.
Sad to hear about him.
Good of you to see to it that that hook was baited, P in Q. cheers to mr. nielsen.
I don’t know where Leslie Nielsen will be when this game ends but he won’t smell too good, that’s for sure.
He died in a big white building filled with patients. But that’s not important right now.
Looks like I picked the wrong week to stop sniffing glue.
(A bit saddened by a) Leslie’s passing b) not having him.)
