I always liked Rose Marie too. Picking only people that have had a long and wonderful life is probably the wrong strategy for this game. May I suggest a special award for lowest score, sort of like the miss congeniality thing. 🙂 ---

Rose Marie was a child star, so she got an early start and that must be why it seems she’s older than she is – she’s been around that long. ---

BTW, **Baker** and **Amarone** , thank you for your time and effort to running the Death Pool. It doesn’t get said enough. My biggest regret this year was that I had to post the Harmon Killebrew pick a little early as I was going out of town. I was the first one to pick him, and then about 15 people picked him after I did. His cancer was announced right around Christmas last year. ---

If it’s any consolation to you, I found Harmon Killebrew on my own. I didn’t scan through anyone’s list. If I recall, it was in the news cycle during the week after Christmas and not too difficult to find by using Google News. ---
