The Celebrity Death Pool 2011

On the other hand, he would have won any of the other 3 years.

Not for me, it don’t.

Not if it has anything to do with being only mostly dead, it doesn’t.

MATH = YES
Algebra in fact.
P = 100-Xn

P=points accrued just for a single death.
Xn=age in years at death of your celebrity. n is 1-13 on your list of celebrities.
Then for your yearly total there is a SUM(…) function that I never could express properly. I’ve already messed up; the mind boggles:confused::confused:

I’m sticking with explosives.

Now express it in base 16!

Weird that this was reported this week. For years, we’ve had the possibility that an issue like this would arise - somebody would die in one year but their death would not be discovered until a later year - with the question of how it would affect this game.

And guess who was the person we thought it would happen with?

Normally the answer to that question would be “Hitler”, but I’m just guessing it isn’t in this case.

I’m not sure whom you’re thinking of, but Jason Whatisname of “Jay and Silent Bob” fame disappeared for a couple of months one year.

my guess. OBL. :smiley:

Well, yeah there’s him too. :stuck_out_tongue:

Jackie Cooper Age 88. This should be worth some points to someone. But not me. Zsa Zsa is still kicking. Metaphorically speaking of course.

Edit: Cursory search does not indicate anyone picked him.

Man, you are not going to be smashed in the Great Kharmic Backlash, you are going to be pureed.

:slight_smile:
However you spell it.

Yikes, I make one Zsa Zsa joke and I get the wrath of the Venus Fly Trap. :smiley:

Hinch was told then he might not see Christmas without a liver transplant”

That’s really pushing it, isn’t it?

Still get a little thrill of satisfaction every time I realize OBL is dead, but he was not in my Triad O’ Evil this year:

Shoulda gone with OBL and Mubarak this year for my requisite evil bastards.

RIP, William Campbell, one of the many cute hammy Star Trek actors of my childhood.

Actor Jackie Cooper dead at 88. I’m very sorry to hear this. In my mind he was one of the truly great Hollywood icons, and particularly unusual in that he was able to maintain a successful career as an adult after a start as child star.

Not a good week for Coopers. Beloved British heavyweight boxer Sir Henry Cooper.
