Who picked her first, and, if I may ask, how did you find her? Thank goodness I wasn’t squeamish about art as I was with Koko Taylor last year. ---

Malkavia was the first, on the 16th. I’m guessing there must have been a news story that day, because several other people hopped on the bandwagon immediately. ---

> [@carnivorousplant](#): > > Who picked her first, and, if I may ask, how did you find her? You seem to imply that one person “found” her and everyone else just jumped on the bandwagon. She’s been in poor health for about two years, and there have been dozens of news stories about her since her health first started to fail. The news magazines were doing retrospectives and “This Is Your Life”-style stories on her beginning in mid 2010. Maybe some people just jumped on the band wagon, but I’d wager that most “found” her independently. Actually I was trying to remember if I did so or found her myself.
