Well, **Baker** , it does sound like you enjoyed your Birthday, anyway. Thanks for doing this job so that we can all be ghouls. You win the BEST DEATH MISTRESS award for the second year in a row, I believe. ---

So way back in December 2012, I put together what I thought was a great list. Had it all typed out and formatted and everything. But then I went to a New Years’ party and forgot to post it. For posterity, here it is: [ol] [li] **Eiji Toyoda** (b. 1913) Industrialist and my annual 99-year-old pick[/li][li] **Jerry Brown** (b. 1938) Governor of California[/li][li] **Bonnie Franklin** (b. 1944) Actress[/li][li] **Marcia Strassman** (b. 1948) Actress[/li][li] **Hugo Chavez** (b. 1954) Dictator[/li][li] **Jeff Charles** (b. circa 1955) Sports announcer[/li][li] **Scott Thorson** (b. 1958) Liberace’s lover[/li][li] **Mike Atta** (b. 1960) Punk guitarist[/li][li] **Christopher Cassidy** (b. 1970) Astronaut going up in 2013[/li][li] **Manisha Koirala** (b. 1970) Bollywood actress[/li][li] **Macaulay Culkin** (b. 1980) Actor[/li][li] **Lindsay Lohan** (b. 1986) Actress[/li][li] **Chris Kushneriuk** (b. 1987) Hockey player[/ol][/li] So how did I do? Eh, so-so. These three were the only ones who died:[ul] [li] **Eiji Toyoda** (5 days after his 100th birthday, for 0 points)[/li][li] **Bonnie Franklin** (69 points)[/li][li] **Hugo Chavez** (58 points)[/ul][/li] 127 points. Would have been in 18th place. ---

Would have been in 18th place. Nah, 73 points. Remember, points = 100 - (age at death), not age at death. So Bonnie Franklin would have gotten you 31, and Chavez 42. You’d have been in a tie for 42nd, which still wouldn’t have been anything to be ashamed of. ---
