Saw a post on Facebook from Channel 4 in Washington DC that Richie Havens had passed away, but haven’t seen an actual newslink to the passing as yet. He was (is?) 72. ---

Actually I thought Richie was much much older than me. Didn’t he play Woodstock with no teeth? Anyway: 72? He was only (mumble mumble five years) older than me? Gaaah. And no points for me, either. ---
