It isn’t very old yet, but the early chihuahua Taco Bell commercials are certainly classics.

Lestoil, Lestoil liquid detergent modern as today.

Harsh Clearner smell the house up,  
Hurt your floors and woodwork too.  
Now there’s a liquid cleaner,  
Murder on dirt but nice to you.  
Liquid Handy Andy out cleans them all.

Was this only a local campaign or did a number of banks buy this from an agency?

With Actors I remember two: Party (bank with lots of baloons) and Loan Officer (Two0 men one being oan applicant other being loan officer.

Cartoons: The Classic shows a big man smoking a cigar and smaller man

Big Man: (Heartily): “Hey! Hey! Rickety–Rack!”  
Small Man (Softly and after some hesitaion): "I just got back for Hackensack.  
Big Man: "Gimme Some Skin!  
Small Man: “It ain’t no sin.” (holds out han which Big Man Slaps.)  
Big Man puts arm around shoulder of small man starts talking fast.  
Voice Over: "If you want a friend; Join a social club, when you need a loan; See Us.

Actually, that was the name of the brand (of cigarette): 101 (pronounced “one-oh-one”).

I don’t remember the product (STP or some other similar fluid), but Mr. Dirt was played by comedian [Ronny Graham](http://us.imdb.com/Name?Graham,+Ronny).
