Apparently being the Browns starting QB has a curse on it. RG3 announced that he and his wife of 3 years, and a recent baby are getting divorced. Rumors were flying around that maybe it was his wife that was cheating on him, while more likely it was him. Well, as the rumors continue to fly around…turns out he’s got a new girlfriend…[a coed at Florida State](http://dailysnark.com/rg3-new-smoking-hot-estonian-girlfriend-divorcing-wife/)…and he’s already got her name [tattooed on his forearm](http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/look-rg3-appears-to-already-have-his-new-girlfriends-name-tattooed-on-his-arm/). But will it affect his play in Cleveland? ---

Well if you’re going to talk about a Browns QB Curse in general, in their history they’ve had some very good ones, and excellent ones. Frank Ryan and Brian Sipe, and then there’s Bernie Kosar and Otto Graham. As for RG-III, his career was seriously damaged in his rookie year by Shanahan. ---

And Joe Thomas, the iron man of the team, is out with a bad back. The curse is spreading. I would say their record for 2016 would be horrible, except “horrible” would be an improvement. Regards, Shodan ---

I’m surprised the marriage lasted this long. He got caught allegedly texting a Hooters waitress or something on his wedding day, IIRC. Not sure if that was ever disproven or what. ---

There is no curse on the quarterbacks. It’s strictly on the Browns. They keep hiring guys with more personal issues than ability, or guys with no ability whatsoever.
