I recall it did indeed have to do with his topic ban. He brought it up and **Miller** [instructed him to drop it](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/pitting-jim-b/963958/119). Not how he just portrayed it at all.

Similar to the first warning he drew from me when I broke the link of a scam site he had put up and then he [linked to the same site again in an ATMB thread](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/i-honestly-didnt-know-about-the-hunger-site/942316).

Oh, that was the second warning, the first was for a really racist post against [Pakistani Cab Drivers in GD](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/body-odor-religious-freedom-and-pakistani-cab-drivers/934218).
