Coasters are used in my home. My fave coaster is glass with a picture of my horse but I feel guilty if his face gets wet. ---

But, is the coast clear?? 🆒 Trash and recycling have been dispatched. I just finished cleaning the pee-marked carpeting in the dining room. Next I need to toss a load into the washer and take the towels off the clotheslines - they hung out overnight, so I’m pretty sure they’re dry. 😃 The couple that has been working on our yard is coming over today - I’m pretty sure they’re ready to be paid. Plus we may have some more work for them - we support a new young business, our yard gets cleaned up, and we don’t have to do the dirty work. YAY! Also, maybe some claying later. ---

Mornin’, all. I finally figured out that when the kitty, Soot, starts to play with the blinds or sharpen her claws on my bed, it’s not because she’s trying to piss me off. It’s because she knows it’s time for me to get up. In fact, her internal clock is so good, she does it less than five minutes before my alarm goes off. She must die. ---

My coaster is a folded-up paper towel because I am Classy. Laundry has been done. My big plans for today is to crochet on the teal blanket some more. I really want to get it done in this lifetime. I think I might skip the walk today since I took one yesterday. (Sundays aren’t counted as one of the days of Lent. This is roughly what I remember from my Lutheran upbringing. Also, my ankles hurt.) Mooom, we may have to talk about some yarn bowls. I’m getting tired of crocheting my hair into everything when my yarn falls on the floor. I vacuum \*and \*sweep, I swear, but I also shed. ---

\*\*Spaz \*\*- a regular bowl works - especially if it’s deeper than wide. That’s what I’ve been using since my yarn bowl was destroyed. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll gladly talk to you about one, but just sayin’… For those keeping score - the temp has gotten all the way up to freezing! Yay!!! 😃 ---

You are now officially a Mumper. It only takes one post. We’re all exclusive like that. N.O.L. time here. Today’s menu is peanut butter crackers and a diet Poopsie. Gourmet all the way! With tonight bein’ men’s night over to the church house, I’m savin’ up my appetite for that. I’m sure I’ve mentioned this before, but I have several big, heavy crystal ashtrays that serve as coasters. I bought 'em many years ago because they were cheap and make great coasters for glasses, cans, bottles and biiiiiiiig coffee mugs. Plus they look classy. ---
