Actually, the two circles would be congruent. Raguleader was making fun of the fact that I said “Tim Meadows is, and has never been, funny” when I meant to say “Tim Meadows is NOT, and has never been, funny.”
Seeing as it’s been referenced in at least two kids shows, I’m guessing people in TV do know about it.
