Hello Everyone, The upgrade and reconfiguration of HPF, Horizon Patient Folder, is moving forward. We were able to start promptly at 11:00 pm last night. It is however, taking longer than we originally anticipated. Our current estimates are that the system (HPF) will not be available until 4:00 pm today. If HPF becomes available sooner than 4:00 pm today, there will be an overhead page announcing system availability. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this extended downtime will cause you. Just as a reminder, the following services are affected during this downtime … Horizon Patient Folder … no access, system will be down. Physician Portal … system will still be partially accessible. View Transcribed Reports will be available. Results will be available. The Patient Record Tab and The Deficiency Tab will NOT be available during the downtime. STAR and Care Manager will be available at all times. As always, if you have any questions, concerns or need additional information, please feel free to contact us. Information Systems … x 6809 … for System Availablity questions Medical Records …x 6869 … for specific questions concerning HPF or Portal Thank you That was a hospital-wide email regarding an upgrade that took 10 hours longer than expected. ---

> [@](#): > > About 70 kilometres east the capital of the Czech Republic, Prague, lies a small town called Sedlec. It might have been an > ordinary enough town,if not for its extraordinary church. The inside of this church is decorated with artworks made of human bones! > The story begins in 1218, when a certain abbot Henry made a > pilgrimage to the holy land and brought back a jar full of soil, > which he spread over the Church’s cemetery. As a result the > cemetery came to be regarded as sacred and turned into a popular burial spot. By 1318, more than 30,000 bodies were buried there and by 1511, it had become necessary to remove the older bones to make place for the new ones. > These later became the material for the macabre creations. > > In 1870 a local woodcarver was hired by the Duke of > Shwartzenberg to decorate the inside of the church with the human remains (approximately 40,000 sets of bones.) > > This was shown recently in “Ripley’s believe it or not” …So…do u > believe it?? This was the text body of an email I sent to my friends. The pics which followed were pretty good too. ---

The script in question, when decoded, sets your client so that you say “I’m fag !” then, when he issues the command “!fag”, you quit IRC with the message “bye bye.” ---
