AIUI, Executive Orders are presidential interpretations of how existing Federal laws will be executed by the Executive Branch (or directly rooted in the Constitution). I kind of doubt that there is an existing law which could be bent, even ludicrously, to do what he is directing in that EO. But, if someone can prove me wrong on that, please do. ---

He keeps on threatening to take away broadcast licenses, but his FCC hasn’t done it yet. I’ve posted on this before. It is hard for MAGA’s on the FCC because none of the most valuable network-owned stations have their licenses up for renewal in the next year or two. Of course, he no longer has a need to pull the CBS licenses. ---
