The only adults that I’ve ever heard use “daddy” turned out to be (US) Southern folk. I’ve never heard it said without a strong drawl anyway. ---

Jonathan Lindsey is an American politician who currently represents Michigan’s 17th Senate district in the Michigan Senate. He was elected in the 2022 Michigan Senate election. He is a member of the Republican Party. Sturgis, Michigan, U.S. In the linked video, Senator Jonathan Lindsey suggested Democrats call the president “Daddy Trump”. He made this suggestion in the context of resolutions condemning the president. In response, Senate President Pro Tempore Jeremy Moss, who is openly gay, stated, “You don’t wanna know what ‘daddy’ means in my community” Or you could have just clicked the link, I’ve been around long enough to know better than to rick-roll or goatse. ---

Was just informed that we no longer need to submit the weekly “5 things I did last week” emails. No idea why our Agency head deemed it no longer needed. But never let it be said that NOTHING good happened under Trump - even if it is simply a cessation of being hit over the head with a hammer - which was initiated under him. ---
