# The current second Trump administration: a compendium of horrors

Another hour, another violation of law.

It was originally named the National Cultural Center – by law

[S.3335 - National Cultural Center Act](https://www.congress.gov/bill/85th-congress/senate-bill/3335)

Then, in 1964, Congress passed a law changing the name:

Now the center board, chaired by Donald Trump, decides the name is up to them, not Congress.

Trivial? Yes. A lot of the steps, along the road to full dictatorship are trivial, by themselves.
