Regarding #7: I’m \*not \*a cheapskate, really. The Kiddo gets his allowance for ‘doing his chores’ in general. So mowing the lawn, by itself, would be worth nothing.

11. I’d want to go with AMF, but I suspect I’m the only person who recalls using this brand. Toro is the brand I expect to be #2
12. For a manly tool it has to be gas-powered, and capable of real damage. Weedwhackers just don’t meet these requirements.
