I used to be **coven**. When I joined my friends and I were really into quoting American Movie. Didn’t translate at all well to a public forum, and I often felt that I might be misrepresenting myself as someone a little witchy, so I switched. I rarely post and I didn’t bother making an announcement, so I don’t think anyone noticed. I feel much better now that I’ve come clean. Aaaaaaah! ---

I was being jokey and totally forgot the smiley - no apology necessary. It’s really not a big deal anymore, I was just dealing at the time with an uptight manager. Who is gone. I wonder though if there are some legitimate reasons for someone wanting a change that would make these sorts of threads upsetting to them. Can’t think of anything right now. And I think my situation was a pretty uncommon one. ---

Unfortunately since we’re a message board which has a good fondness for our old threads people will notice the change. Especially if people miss you and go looking to see what happened. ---

I changed mine because I was just too damned unimaginative when I picked my first username. I like my current username much better. (BTW and FYI, **Sal** , just to be excrutiatingly nitpicky and correct, my old username **William V.** had a period at the end). ---
