Missed the edit window, so I’ll take my time and list as many as I can think of where pot plays an important role. _Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels_ The central plot revolves around a heist of copious amounts of Pot _Weeds_ the cable series revolves around a suburban mother who is also a pot dealer. _Wonder Boys_ The central character has writers block because he’s stoned all day long. Although they make a bigger deal of it in the book. _Easy Rider_…nuff said. Though I haven’t seen it…_The Wackness_ a recent movie with Ben Kingsly is centered around pot. _Grandma’s Boy_…a movie that wouldn’t be nearly as funny if it wasn’t soaked in bong resin. Added bonus of a stoned Doris Roberts AND a disturbingly sexy geriatric Mrs. Partrige _Super Troopers_…has one of the all-time funniest pot related scenes. _Evil Bong_…joke entry…but it’s a super low budget horror flick with Donny Chong…about, you guessed it, an evil bong. Anyway, that’s just a few. It’s a bigger genre than people think. ---

There’s also the really bad movies that revolve, at least tangentially, around pot. In fact, so bad, I’ve forgotten the names of them, but remember the stars\*. Ringo Starr and Barbara Bach (Caveman?) Scott Baio and some other nobodies (One-word title like “Zapped!”?) \*Stars in the loose sense of having top billing. Famous, maybe - Stars? No. ---

_Knocked Up_ qualifies, I think. It’s mainly a romantic comedy, but there’s a lot of stoner humor involving the main character and his buddies. ---
