I thought Bill did a great job and I am very happy to have the new information about some of the things Hilary has done, but it wasn’t his speech that has made me feel better about her. It was the lady who was badly burned on 9/11 and her story. I was very impressed. This is a great convention so far. ---

Who is shouting what to interrupt (?) Leon Panetta’s speech? Bernidiots shouting “no more war,” perhaps due to Hillary’s senate vote to authorize Bush to invade Iraq? Or something specific to Panetta? ---

I get into a lot of arguments around here, and one of the things thrown at me is that I’m “right-wing.” I’ve actually stayed with most of my views the last decade (since I could vote), its just compared to the leftward base of the Dem party thats happened since 2008, I look more conservative. That, and one of the reasons I’m against Trump is that he threatens America’s place as the sole superpower given his love of Putin: I suspect that reason isn’t the most common reason to be against him (at least among those today who call themselves progressives). ---
