Yeah, I know about chromosomes, and about physiology, but what I want to know is what you think the REAL difference between men and women is… For instance, it would never occur to a woman to light her farts on fire. And just imagine a man sitting around with his friends saying “The problem is, the good ones are either married or lesbians.” ---

Never have I heard words with more truth than the following: “Men enjoy the goal. Women enjoy the process.” Examples: Men want to win arguments; women want to argue. Men want to buy what they need and go home; women want to shop. Men want to get married; women want a wedding. Apply that maxim to as many situations as you can think of; it’s amazingly accurate. ---

Hmmm … So if a guy is watching a pre-recorded sports match (process) and I already know who won (goal), I should tell him? As I value my life, I don’t think I’ll test this theory. ---

My wife and I are going to a wedding this weekend, for a full 48 hours away. She was doing the packing and asked if I would be bringing 3 pairs of shoes with me. No man would’ve **ever** asked me that question. ---

I rather like the process vs. goal theory. My own feeling is that “women FEEL, men DO.” And of course, let’s not forget “women want to see what’s on TV. Men want to see what ELSE is on TV.” ---

I used to think that girls went more for nose piercing and guys for lips, but not anymore. Maybe the sexes will merge this year. ---
