An Aussie kids’ TV show, _Playschool_, used to have a presenter who was also a theatre actor, and to keep himself from being hopelessly bored, would ad-lib or “tart up” the script. Adults laughed, while kiddies were educated, that kind of thing. One day, he and the female presenter were going to mime the actions of _Row, row, row your boat_, and they had to pretend to get into a boat. So he said: “You get in the front, Benita, and I’ll come in from behind” with, at the end, a mug at the camera. ---
