I admire the judge’s fortitude, but 20 grand? I’ll bet she can easily find 20,000 mentally deficient Americans willing to donate a buck each to fight the outrageous injustice that the legal system is perpetrating on this committed freedom fighter. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone has already started a collection. ---

As I read the decision, if he imposed significantly more in the way of sanctions then due process would require full trial proceedings. At the current level, notice and an opportunity to respond are all the process that’s due. ---

Man, I am loving Judge Land’s decisions. I decided to look him up in the Almanac of the Federal Judiciary. Wow. Judge Land gets really high from lawyers who have tried cases in front of him. Apparently he is considered very fair, smart, and knows the law. The best line was something like, “You had better be prepared, because he will know your case better than you do.” ---

So I haven’t heard any interviews or read anything in depth about this person. Is she crazy like a fox or crazy like a crazy person? In other words is she a fruitcake, or someone who understand that what she’s doing makes no sense but also that Birthers (who are idiots) won’t realise this and will give her adoration and notoriety (or whatever it is that she really wants) for her efforts? ---
