For the record, their children are Joshua, Jana, John-David, Jill, Jessa, Jinger\*, Joseph, Josiah, Joy-Anna, Jedidiah, Jeremiah, Jason, James, Justin, Jackson, Johannah, Jennifer, Jordyn-Grace and Josie \*himmerschmidt? No Jacob, though. ---

I remember reading about how queen termites will give birth at one end while being fed at the other. I wonder who spliced her DNA. By this stage she must have skid marks instead of stretch marks. ---

If they’d started with A this one would be a T baby. All disclaimers in place of wishing them well (“especially since your business does not conflict with my own”) and I hope it’s a healthy hale hearty and hetero kid, but… The Duggars have a baby a year because of Old Testament verses ('be fruitful and multiply", “quiver full of joy”, etc.). They’re Young Earth Creationists (planned a [huge family outing](http://blogs.answersingenesis.org/blogs/ken-ham/2008/08/16/the-famous-duggars-visit-creation-museum/)to visit the [Creationist Museum](http://creationmuseum.org/)), they’re Fundamentalist evangelicals who believe the Bible is the answer to our time, etc… (To their credit if they’re homophobic, racist, apocalyptic or other nonsense often affiliated with the evangelical movement they’re at least quiet/off-camera about it.) Does anybody else think it strange that when their last child was born more than 3 months premature they let the hospital employ machines and procedures developed by godless secular scientists to keep the baby alive rather than just use prayer and fasting? (Of course prayer and fasting didn’t stop God from killing David and Bathsheba’s baby, but at least His will was done.) ---
