I got a new diy bookcase at the Walmarts, put it together, leaned it up against the wall…and noticed I put it together upside down. :smack: Hell with it. Works better for my purposes this way. ---

It’s so flippin’ cold I have put on socks and am wearing my hoodie in the house. Sah-son shoveled what little was on the sidewalk and the neighbor’s walk too. Poor guy left his gloves at my mother’s and his hands are so big there’s no way he could wear mine. I told him to put socks over his hands but he wouldn’t listen. ---

I had steak, scrambled eggs, and asparagus with tomatoes for brunch. Took Gordie out, it’s up to 25, so he didn’t turn into a pupsicle. I could probably figure out how to make them, but I’m pretty sure I won’t. 😃 Supper was Hamburger Helper. No dessert, alas. Sun has set and temps are in the teens - at least the worst of the wind is done. But we’re promised single digits tonight. ick. ---

I feel tahrd! I’m glad I have tomorrow off to recuperate. Tomorrow night is men’s night over to the church house. Thus I have steaks marinatin’ and beer chillin’. I shall also venture off to the grocery sto’ tomorrow to buy stuff. This means a trip over to the church house to see what might be needed. I know sallit, N.O.T. and snausages need to be bought. We might need sallit dressin’, butter, and bizkits. I need to snoop to find out. My life is such a whirlwind! ---

Since there was used chicken in the fridge that needed to be used or tawssed, that was last night’s din-din, which means the steak w/ Bernie’s\* sauce was tonight. **Emily** , are things getting better? **spaz** , I initially read your post as _dirty_ bookcase. 😛 **ruble** , I generally don’t notice page breaks that don’t end in _00_. My settings are for 100 posts per page. Kroger was a mess. They’re calling for 4-6 inches of snow in the wee hours, so there wasn’t a half gallonof 2% to be had (I bought half and half, such sacrifice 😛 ). The pickins were slim on eggsand I was already stocked on tp, so I’m good for a week. Sis is almost home (to 70○, no less) and the truck is washed, blow dried and vacuumed. Relax time with some NCIS New Orleans. ---

I made a new office badge holder to celebrate being moved into my own cubicle. Best Friday the 13th I’ve had in a while! Bringing leftover steak and potatoes for lunch (and green beans if I get around to cooking them tonight like a good Shoe) and I’m thawing a bit of sausage for tonight. Contemplating making some Rice Krispy treats. Had planned to make rolls but sorta crapped out on that plan.
