This was our FIRST idea, the clinic owners think it would be “excessive”. (Heh)

But this is solved. There is an oven in the lunch area, I’m going to cook it ALL up in the broiler over the corse of the day and let 'em have at it for lunch - here it is come and get it! What doesn’t get cooked tomorrow is going to the church. Thanks all for your well thought out (and humorous) input .
When we do this again in July, it will be decided beforehand
what’s to be done about the leftovers, you can bet there won’t be any!
