Personally, I tried reading the 12 indisputable arguments, and I will say this about it. Had he not taken to such extremism, He might have actually gotten off a few good points. But as was mentioned earlier in this thread, it appears that his main beef is with Christianity. Some of my Best Friends in Life are Christians, and not all of them are misguided.

IMO Spirituality is a personal thing, to have religious faith is to believe that what you have learned and experienced is the construct of a higher intelligence.

> That definition is really what some call a “hard atheist” or “strong atheist.” I’m personally a “soft atheist,” meaning I see no more reason to believe in God than to believe in Invisible Pink Unicorns, and therefore have stopped worrying about the issue. If I see evidence of God’s existance, I might change my stance… but I’m not going to hold my breath.

At the risk of my first post being smart@ss in nature, I have to say…Pink is within the visible spectrum of color and therefore disqualifies the possibility of being invisible. Therefore it is impossible for an “invisible pink unicorn” to exist. There, I have logically explained away that mystery for you…\*whew
Sorry that little detail was just pecking away at me.

Aside from that **jon** …whatever you call yourself, you describe yourself as an agnostic but claim to be an atheist. The two are not mutually exclusive. You require proof which denotes a particular lack of Faith, but seem to need that logical evidence in order to have faith. Logical evidence would be fact and that supports knowledge, not faith.
