# The FedEx Cup--  What a joke!

Well, sure, someone is going to win $10M, but let’s be serious. Tournament 1: No Tiger. Tournament 2: No Ernie. Tournament 3: No Phil.

Plus, there are still 7 tournaments after these “playoffs”.

And about that $10M… it’s paid as an annuity when the player turns 45. Now, far be it from me to disparage a $10M payout, whatever form it takes, but lets at least have a little truth in advertising. Oh, and did I mention that 19 of the players who qualified for these “playoffs” haven’t earned a tour card for next season?

If Phil or Tiger wins, after having not played all 4 events, this will be the stupidest fucking “playoff” scheme in sports history.
