In addition, Tweed Heads is not incorporated as a city: it’s part of Tweed Shire, and the administrative centre of the shire is Murwillumbah – though there is a branch office at Tweed Heads. (I know all this stuff partly because my brother-in-law works for Tweed Shire, and partly because I’ve been through the area many times.)
