Funny… The exact opposite in my case. My first impulse was *The Blues Brothers *and I ended up with Blue Lagoon, opting to go literally with “Blue” rather than “Blues.” Looks like *Blue Velvet *is the runaway favorite anyway – go figure.

A baseball joke: After a player stands helpless as a fastball rockets past him, a teammate will say “That was a Roy Orbison pitch – it blew by you!” (Or “Linda Ronstadt pitch” if you swing (ha!) that way.)

The things you learn in a feud. I had no idea that a “bluebonnet” was a flower. I thought it was a margarine. "Everything’s better with Bluebonnet on it.
I am old enough to remember the College football Bluebonnet Bowl that used to be played in the Houston Astrodome.
I am sure bluebird and blue jay are the same.
Nay, they’re quite different.
Bluebirds (members of the thrush family):
Bluejays (members of the Corvidae family, along with crows and ravens):
Oh yes, they are.

Oh boy, my favorite color! Then I started answering the questions, and when I got to the end and looked at my answers, I have to admit that I thought, “uh oh… well, maybe the feud is already closed …!” LOL I don’t think I’ll have many matches, in other words. I didn’t know of a 50s blues song, btw, that’s a guess. Some of my other answers are probably unique as well (the movie … the song … LOL) Oh well! It’s still my favorite color.
