I was once served a rum & coke with a cherry in it
Rosie that’s cause you’re a rebel and you’ll never, ever be any good.
Fresh juice of lime is preferred, i.e. a wedge. Similarly, a vodka cranberry becomes a Cape Cod with a lime garnish.

Really Not is #47
eta - we thank you for the points on #1
You consider a lime wedge garnish the same thing as having lime juice in the drink itself? Am I confused again?
Edit: Ah, I think I got you now. I’m saying Rum & Coke = rum + coke, regardless of garnish, though in my experience the garnish is always a lime. Cuba Libre = rum + coke + lime juice as an ingredient of the drink itself, also usually garnished with a lime wedge.
No - he is. wedge = a slice of fruit (usually some sort of citrus) sitting on the edge of the glass as a decoration*. juice in drink = totally different thing.
- it is then up to the patron to a) eat the fruit, b) squeeze it into the drink, or c) toss it aside.
(yes - I have led a debauched life, why do you ask?)
I think it’s literally “Health”. It’s from one or more of the Scandinavian countries.

Isn’t it odd, then, that a chewing tobacco company would choose this word for its product? :dubious:
Nope. You may have noticed that advertising has a bit of a track record of using words completely counter with reality. It is ironic though.
