I opted against the Texas Rangers because the OP asked for a city. The Houstan Texans are in Houston but the Texas Rangers are in Texasa somewhere, I guess. And I missed Hank Hill for the fictional character, but at least I’m not the only one who thought of Pecos Bill. ---
