My initial thought was a leg of lamb (frozen). One of favorite Alfred Hitchcock TV Episode is “Lamb to the Slaughter” where Barbara Bel Geddes murders her husband by clubbing her husband with the leg of lamb, then thaws it, and then serves it to the detectives during the investigation.
But I went with Watermelon, because of “The Amazing Race” episode.
Or the Roald Dahl short story it’s based on. No, he wasn’t just kid stuff.

I did poorly on this feud, but the results cracked me up. Now I’m dying to see a food fight that includes lobsters, foie gras, tiramisu, bouillabaisse… and, of course, a frozen turkey. 
I’m surprised how many people routinely carry coconuts around as a snack.
