The list in the OP was misnumbered, with the item in position 3 labeled 6. At **Rebo** ’s request, I fixed the numbering there and in all of the entries where the person picked up the list, with numbering, wholesale. I made no other changes in any of the posts that are tagged as my having edited them. **twickster** , not just a feuder but a mod ---
