**MeanOldLady** , I considered both the Joker and Lex Luthor, too. But I figured that, first, Superman is a bigger name than Batman, so his villain is presumably bigger, too, and second, that Batman has much more of a rogues’ gallery (Catwoman, the Penguin, the Riddler, etc.), so the Joker was relatively less important to Batman than Luthor was to Supes.

Not the first time that overthinking has cost me points, but at least it’s close.

But you’re overlooking the Jack Nicholson/Heath Ledger factor.

I suspected I’d get screwed, but I didn’t think Kick Ass would be one of the ones to do it! Captain Marvel, sure! Wonder Woman, OK… Dammit, Kick Ass… (Not that I’d have said Spawn or Hellboy, either…my initial instinct was Marvelman (AKA Miracleman)…)
