You will be missed, but I understand your decision. I will hold out a little hope that when your children are grown, and you need a hobby, the technology will be there to bring you back. We will not have forgotten you. ---

I’m so sorry, our sweetest Overlord. You know you will be terribly missed, both in style and substance, but I’m very glad that our loss will be your family’s gain. I’ll be thinking of and praying for you. Much love to you on what I wish is a wonderful journey. If your current attitude is any indication, it’ll be magnificent. \<3 ---

The board won’t be the same without you, **Skald**. You’re one of the posters here I’d wished I’d gotten to know in person. You’re a great guy. I, too, hope that despite the above, we will see you here again. But if not, all I can say is I’ll miss you; we all will. Best wishes to you, always. ---

Good luck with the surgery, and with the challenges ahead. Your hypotheticals, and your handling of issues in them, has always brought smiles and laughs to me. I’ll note that there are text to speech and speech to text programs out there. They may not be for you, but then again, they might be. Pie. ---
