I actually teared up a bit. Today, after I’d already seen the thread before, but couldn’t think of what to say. I will miss you. I had a lot of fun with your stuff, from the hypotheticals to the role play. If you run into anyone who thinks hypotheticals are stupid, let me know, and I’ll “lecture” them for ya. 😉 ---

God bless you, **Skald**. My hopes and prayers are with you for a successful surgery. I will really miss your writings here. I’m relatively new here but I have been reading the board for years, and have really appreciated some of your threads. Especially the one where you described meeting your wife (I think?) that was incredibly romantic. this is Skald’s wife. He made it through surgery yesterday. He is sleeping now. A lot of people have sent messages through here. I read several to him. For some reason I do not understand I can’t send a private message to those people so I figured I would do that here. Thank you all so much. ---
