# The fiscal cliff again

I know it has been discussed to death, almost, but here is my take:

The debt ceiling will be reached.  
Budgets will be cut\*.  
Minor political concessions will eventually be made.  
Life goes on.  
Lather, rinse, repeat…

Any end in sight?

\*I don’t have time to read all the threads all the way through. Has any mention been made of the “Peace dividend” and how it may affect THE CLIFF?
