I have the feeling I’ve asked this before, but if you (meaning me) and a girl (meaning a girl) make eye contact and do that shy smiling at each other thing, how do you make “the trek” across, say, the bar to the girl? To clarify, this is the point where my guts turn to ice, my brain ceases its already pitiful function, and my normally glib, agile tongue gets dry and immobile. I hate that feeling.
