This is one reason why it’s bad policy to answer rules questions in the game thread.

If moderators want to avoid handshaking then they should have open rules sets. Or least make public any repeated PM content. Otherwise you’re forced to engage in increasing absurd post restrictions. (I am biased about this–I probably dislike post restrictions as much as **ped** dislikes handshaking.)
