So far no motive other than a possible landlord/tenant type dispute. ---

Granted, all my knowledge comes from Law & Order, but how do you get a search warrant based on “He owns a white F-150 in the state of North Dakota?” ---

1. Apparently there was a big rust spot (perhaps on rear quarterpanel). 2. They traced the vehicle from a few blocks away from the scene of the crime to Washburn via surveillance tapes along the way. 3. And as stated in one of the articles above the detective who recognized the picture was a patient of the chiropractor. If the person they arrested is found guilty, every single thing they own should be sold and the money given to the families of the people who were just going about their job. Three more women killed in their workplace. It’s sickening. ---
