Ohhhh … this better not spread to N.Y. State. My favorite local orchard sells marvelous unpasteurized cider (which tastes like APPLES, of all things … not like boiled cardboard) which is UV-treated for freshness. They better not mandate pasteurization … I’ll never be able to brew decent hard cider again.
