You know, Iā€™m actually starting to miss The Beastmaster. After seeing it 6,870 times as a teen/young adult, I havenā€™t seen it lately. Porkyā€™s brings back memories. I saw one of the sequels at a drive-inā€¦with my boyfriend AND HIS DAD. His dad absolutely loved those movies, but as he was a school administrator he was reluctant to be seen in a regular theatre watching it. His solution was seeing it at the drive-in, with us. Itā€™s a weird kind of movie to watch with a squeezeā€™s parent. ---

Iā€™m trying to get federal funding to support research on my hypothesis that it is impossible to turn on a TV with cable any time of day and not find _Little House on the Prairie_ showing. ---
