I’m not sure that site is evaluating the progress in what one might call a neutral manner.
In any event, I have no doubt the trial court is going to find in favor of same-sex marriage, and I have only slightly less doubt that the circuit will affirm.
And then it will go to the Supreme Court, which will kill it, and enshrine a precedent against it. And people will wail about the “activist” Court.
I totally agree, and their transcriptions sometimes don’t catch everything perfectly (which they freely admit). But they also linked to a page that has the actual court transcripts here available as PDF downloads.
This trial has been like watching the Harlem Globetrotters play the Washington Generals.
