Watched it this evening. I hate zombie movies, but this is a good film. According to the Wiki page, it earned $2.3M at the box office. Is that a typo? ---

[4.8M total box office according to The Numbers](https://www.the-numbers.com/movie/Girl-with-all-the-Gifts-The-(UK)#tab=international) with another .75M in home sales. Note that it had a very limited theatrical release. ---

Loved the movie. I saw the ending coming from a mile away though. ---

I loved the book and liked the movie. There’s a sequel book ( **The Boy on the Bridge** ) which I enjoyed more than I expected, which is definitely worth reading. ---

I can see that infant HKs would have been cared for by the same group that had Melanie, or they would have died from neglect. That leaves an even smaller gene pool to re-start society, eh.
