It was! > [@Announcing Robert B. Parker’s SPENSER book club](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/announcing-robert-b-parker-s-spenser-book-club/923847/17): > > Okay last bump. Sunday the 22nd is the official launch date. I will have to finish reading it this week. I am looking forward to hearing the observations of each of you. Feel free to share brief items here this week. Since I am in a more westerly time zone, I might launch a new thread Saturday late and call it something like Parker’s The Godwulf Manuscript discussion Thread. Talk to you on the 22nd! And even toward the bottom of this one: > [@Robert Parker (RIP) and his wife](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/robert-parker-rip-and-his-wife/922852/33): > > Good Idea. I will do that soon as an advertisement. Sorry I was not able to get notification in front of you in a timely manner. Your comments and observations are still welcome, even if you have not read the work in some time. --- _[View the full topic](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/the-godwulf-manuscript-robert-b-parker-s-spenser-online-book-club/926167)._
