What movie does this phrase come from? It’s bugging me to no end, because I know I have seen the movie in question.

I’m surprized no one got this yet! The phrase comes from the Radioactive Man movie starring Rainier Wolfcastle as Radioactive Man and Milhouse Van Houten as Fallout Boy. I commented on this [here](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?p=5823460#post5823460) some while ago.
