I am exhausted after two straight days of traveling and four straight days of getting less than 5 hours of sleep a night. I know I’m going to regret it tomorrow when I have to do double the work to make up for it, but I just don’t want to do anything today. Anyone else ever feel like this? ---

My question for tokay is why do I have to get up an hour and a half early to get to work half an hour early. Where does that extra hour go? On the other hand, I was actually in full motion for that extra hour, so it was worth it. Toast and strawberry jam for breakfast. There may have been something else, too. What can I say, it was early. ---

I’ve started and rejected 3 or 4 things on Netflix so far today. Dunno if it’s my mood or if I was high when I filled my queue. I’m sure I’ll find something. I finished the stocking cap - I don’t like it but it may sell. As soon as I finish lunch, I’m going to make another using the modified pattern - I think it’ll be better. \*\*FCD \*\*just called from Wheeling. He should make it home today easily. So yay! He might even make it home for supper, tho a late supper. We shall see. ---

My netflix queue looks like about four different people sucked back a bottle of NyQuil each and added anything they saw. And we seldom delete things even after we’ve watched them, unless they’re _terrible._ We tend to really love watching low-budget horror movies while we work on various projects, but often find ourselves watching _Murder, She Wrote_ a season at a time, because … well, I don’t know why. But we effing love it. ---

All the plum trees at the allotment decided to ripen today, so I’ve been trying to hand them out to people- waaay too many for me to use, especially as I’m trying to reduce the stuff I have in the cupboards ready for moving, and I’m not sure how much freezer space I’m going to have there, if any (really hope there’s some at least, I forgot to check!). Band practice was fantastic last night, we be funky. We have moved to a new practice spot, temporarily. It is a rehearsal studio place with probably 100+ Bands, so a walk down the halls is a deafening mix of Metal, Noise and Whatnot. I got the drafting job! WOO and HOO!!! 😃 Start date 3 Sep. In the interim, I’ll have to go have a drug test and a background investigation. Considering the security clearance I held 2 years ago, I’m not at all concerned about any of this. So yay!! 😃 ---
